My stay at the hotel was just incredible. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The service was beyond amazing, with the staff being so friendly and accommodating. The location, though a bit away from the main part of Tulum, added to the charm of the hotel. The dining experience was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and had two lovely en suite bathrooms. Being on the ground floor with essential air conditioning made it perfect. The ocean view was breathtaking, and the free minibar was a nice touch. The cleanliness was fairly good, and the location was great.

The location was just beautiful, right on the ocean. It's the appeal of this hotel, but also something to consider as it's a bit far from town. However, the hotel quickly arranges transport. Consider renting a car for full mobility. Taxis to town or other beaches can be expensive.

Staying at this hotel was a dream come true – imagine having a room that feels more like a cozy bedroom with a Jacuzzi! The spacious, clean, and comfortable bed made me feel like I was in paradise. And let's not forget the unbeatable feeling of opening the door and stepping right onto the soft sand. Although the stay was nice and comfortable, there were some aspects that could have been improved.

The location of the hotel right in front of the beach was perfect for me. Being a bit off the beaten path, it provided a quieter and more peaceful atmosphere compared to the hotels further south in Tulum. The availability of free kayaks and snorkels was a delightful bonus.
